Its not a common sense anymore
Its not a common sense anymore. Its not that I consider you a threat but you just dont have the work ethics. You’re bypassing responsibilities. Even though I’m already here, you still feel that im not around. Its not a matter of telling you prankly but its a matter of common sense.
We talked and cleared things up. I asked you a favor in return I will give my full trust back. I did my job, you did also but just for few days. As usual, ginawa mo naman akong tanga. You told me that you wont add or befriending this person but you still did. You even went out with this person. Friends saw you.
I was still looking forward for the two of us until this very moment. How can I trust you again? You always break your promiseS!
Just about few minutes ago, while i was browsing my facebook, i saw one quiz application took by my friend, and the title of the quiz was What will your next boyfriend or girlfriend’s name start with? Out of fun I took the quiz too, and this is what i got..
During the Jobs Fair of Department of Labor and Employment, our office participated the activity, there were a lot of people who were seeking for jobs. All walks of life I bet were there. But didn’t strike me that much. During the activity, Intermission numbers were presented to the people both employers and applicants. One of the intermission numbers struck me was a disable person, having no hand but can play the electronic keyboard. Unbelievable? believe it.
This person I believe can be a good model to those people who are what we call "disable" and to those people who are lazy for giving out invalid reasons for them not to be able to look for work. Just look at him, he was able to do an impossible thing possible by not thinking of his weakness but instead, he used his weakness as a source of his strength.
I hope he can be our source of inspiration to continue life without complaining much about the challenges that has been prepared for us us especially the one we are facing right now.
Remember, every darkness we encounter, there’s always light by the end of it. 
I’ve been observing my encoders for how many days now and it seems that they are very comfortable of where they are now. I mean some of them come in late for work even if they are already given an allowance of 30 minutes for them not to be late but still they are late. As a punishment, I gave them all HAF’s or Household Assessments forms which contain a lot of household members. I dont know if they feel bad of what I’ve done but I hope they dont. I hope they understand what i’ve done. Its for their own good anyway.
I hate to be strict so that they will still feel comfortable and happy of what they are doing even though its a bit dreadful.
