*sigh* Ive been working this particular task hardly for weeks now. I felt the tiredness and pressure but then Im still enjoying what I was and am doing until this moment.
Instructions, comments and suggestions are very fine with me. But please no by passing. See what happened to us today. You bypassed and gave instructions to my downlines without any for me. I just received a text this morning about and all are set for good for the day since last night. Everything changed and some of the members are now pending because they are waiting for the paper. Insted of starting at 8am we started at almost 10am. 2 hours of being idle is long already.
One of my supervisors informed me that the ito of this particular program wants an account to help monitor us. Well that’s fine with me but he bypassed. He should have informed me instead cause I know more of the system than my sups. He called through the phone, and i was the one who answered it. He wanted me to give the phone to my sup. I was already there but then he still wanted to talk to my sups. *sigh*. I gave him an explanation about his request so now he is satisfied. If he kept on asking my sup not to me, he might get a wrong info.
I hope that they will work coordinately with me and lets keep the professional manner and remember the heirarchy that they have to follow. Bypassing might give you a wrong information and it might worsen the situation.
